What this website collects

This website collects no patient details. There are no forms to fill in, no accounts and no online booking.

It uses no analytics and sets no cookies. There are no advertising or social media trackers on it.

The website is hosted on our own server. Like every web server, it keeps short-lived technical logs (for example, the time of a request and the page asked for) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used to identify you.

Calls and WhatsApp

The Call and WhatsApp buttons open your phone app or WhatsApp. Your call or message goes straight to the clinic. The website does not see it and does not store it.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. It has its own privacy policy, which applies to the messages you send through it.

Google Maps

The "Open in Google Maps" link takes you to Google's website or app. Nothing from Google is loaded on this website itself. Google's privacy policy applies once you are there.

Your records at the clinic

Your medical records are kept at the clinic, not on this website. They are private and are shared only with you, or with another doctor when you ask for a referral.

How to block trackers in your browser

This website has no trackers to block. If you want to limit tracking on the web in general, you can turn on "Do Not Track" or tracking protection in your browser's privacy settings, block third-party cookies, and clear cookies when you close the browser. Most phone browsers have these settings under Privacy.

Changes to this page

If the website ever starts to use an analytics tool or a form, this page will name it, say what it collects and how to opt out, before it goes live.
